Psychological problems among teenagers Adolescence

This is a time of change, self-discovery and constant pressure. Studying, relationships with parents and friends, expectations of society — all this often leads to stress, anxiety and even depression. Many teenagers do not feel supported, are afraid to talk about their problems or simply do not know how to cope with them.
One of the main reasons for psychological difficulties is studying. Parents and teachers demand good grades, saying that the future depends on it. But no one thinks about the stress this causes. Constant comparison with others, fear of not living up to expectations and lack of time for rest only make the situation worse.
The influence of social networks also plays a big role. Beautiful, successful people are everywhere, ideal lives, and you look at yourself and think: «Why is mine different?» This leads to low self-esteem, hatred of your body and a constant desire to meet other people’s standards.
